Refund policy

Returns

Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. Cuppa Spice LLC holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria. If customers use their right to send back an order they should contact Cuppa Spice LLC in order to get an address to send the goods to. 

If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Cuppa Spice LLC should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. Cuppa Spice LLC holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

Cuppa Spice LLC will on occasion offer shipping promotions with customers receiving free shipping if customers spend over a certain amount. These promotions can change without notice.

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.

Cuppa Spice LLC is not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, force majeure events, transfers from one carrier to another or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any other extra fees or charges related to your shipment.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items which are not in their original, unopened packaging are non-returnable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
